However, later he understood that was a huge mistake, that's why he returned her in part 4 and 5.

Jills literally made this journalist dead))) In full version journalist crashed Jill's carier, so Jill is not so soft with her. And... Jill let this useless woman on high heels go to the top floor, full of zombies solo. I would no wonder if the gun Jill gave her, was empty.
