1:50 In the RE2 novelisation, City of the Dead, when Claire leaves Chief Irons office she hears a helicopter and something heavy landing, she goes into that corridor and hears what sounds like a door being torn off it's hinges, she panics, then the door at the far corner of the room explodes and Mr X enters, she takes a few shots causing it to collapse against the wall, it disconcerts her how it's propped up and she tries going past it when it wakes up and takes a swing at her, she runs off into the station to the STARS room. I always wondered if this part was a reference.
