I feel sympathy for the civilians who had to endure this horrific event, but it reminds me of the many articles I have read regarding the many friendly fire incidents during the Russo-Ukrainian war where Russian soldiers shot down their own Airplanes and Tanks, and about countless errant missiles Russian soldiers fired that hit everything else except what they were supposed to hit. Maybe this was another Russian missile that hit a target they didn't aim to hit, inside their own country and did not make it into Ukraine?
