If I am not wrong, this is first of a kind construction in the recent years in and around Kumbakonam. Though the old village homes exists, have not seen or heard anything new constructed with traditional touch. Happy to see Wallone infra came up with this architecture in Kumbakonam area. It would be great if Wallone team specifies the plot and the built area with approximate construction cost, so that it will help the audience to understand better from the overall cost of a similar building/construction of this size. Good project, Congrats, but in my opinion the purpose of rammed earth wall is not obtaining here, mostly rammed earth walls used for load bearing structure, but here the rammed earth wall is used here as partition wall. Might be used as cosmetic purpose!

Very nice. Knowing the cost will help take the next step. Just like me there are others who have asked for the cost and there will be many more ppl who will ask. Going by my past experience with other architects and construction companies who showcase their projects on social media or on their website, I dont expect to get a response. Sorry to stereotype but I never got a response espcially for the cost or feasibility questions, even if i asked privately in an email. I don't know why!!

Please share the sqft cost. Without pillars and bricks 🧱 looks like normal , not interlock bricks, thickness of the roof, it is possible for long life of the house.
