Hello Ma'am I solved the problem which you've given at the end of this video yeah..the solution is Determination of Residential Status of Mr.SS for the previous year 20-21 1. Mr.SS fulfilled the basic conditions under sec6(1) of 182 days or more Stay is satisfied So he's the Resident of India 2. Mr.Ss fulfilled the 1st additional condition & also the 2nd additional condition Since he's Resident for more than 2years. Don't know how you got 182 days for me its not coming 182 days and in question its was indian citizen for indian citizen only 182 days are accepted for me its non resident only coming as answer

Doubt 2:what is about basic condition 2,part 1 about exception how to except and considered that.
