That has nothing to do with it, the forests around here are supposed to be wet, fire was never part of their evolution. Every summer for the last four years has been the hottest summer on record, due to climate change. Moreover, if you want to complain about a lack of forestry, look to the Federal Government which owns about 60% of Oregon's forests.
