Sheikh this is all true and I respect but have you ever suggested Muslim countries to leave bias and accept other Muslims as citizens I am living in a Muslim country from 9 years but I know the moment my husband looses his job we have to vacate At the. Same time we belong to a place that is disputed and has serious issues so I can not go back . What is left a European country where I can be provided a citizenship so if tomorrow there my kids will be stopped from performing any religious obligations I will hold muslims rulers responsible in front of Allah swt who give citizenship on basis of fame and money but not on basis of religion. And scholars for not calling the leaders and rulers

I disagree. If in a muslim country the leaders corrupt what do you expect the person living in that country do? If you dont want citizens of muslim countries fleeing, then you need to develop the economy and improve the living standards so that people dont leave. When you look at the world, muslim countries are behind the rest of the world. 57 muslim arabs cant go against 1 israel. You need to be just in ruling. As a leader you shouldnt always think about yourself. You should think about your citizens as well. Homeless rates are high in muslim countries. Pakistan - 20 million homeless Egypt - 12 million homeless Algeria - 24 million homeless Iran - 200,000 children on the streets Bangladesh - 5 million homeless. 124 million people live in mud houses and slums and 1 in 4 people live in poverty. If there werent corrupt leaders in muslim countries, if muslim countries were as developed as european countries no one would flee. You need to improve living standards in muslim countries. In europe theres 1 country i know that has a corrupt leader and thats Belarus. Majority of europe has high living standards, majority of muslim countries has poor living standards. If you claim you're a country that runs with Islamic law, then you should provide your citizens with high living standards and think about them not yourself.

@Crestfire True I can see where you're coming from but there are poor people who migrate to the west. In the turkish border in edirne (I'm from Turkey), there are a lot of afghans, pakistanis, bangladeshis, iraqis, syrians etc. The interesting thing is, they always migrate to christian/athiest countries. I haven't seen 1 muslim go to egypt or algeria for a better life (I'm speaking as a muslim myself). Nor have I seen 1 english or a german fleeing to iraq or afghanistan for a better life. The people that flee to the west don't go because they want to be rich, they go because they want to live normal decent lives that they can't get in their own countries. As I said before, I can see where you're coming from. There are filthy rich people that do emigrate for even more money which is unneccesary.

@@FlickFlock exactly. But the problem is that the people won't change. It's a major sin to migrate to a place that'll cause loss of faith. But nothing says migration to a place that won't cause it is haram. The evidence is against the places where you can't practice your religion freely. Just yelling haram haram haram won't make things easier. And people see us who want to move as literal devils. They never ask why we want to move. Staying will be bad and leaving will also be bad. We're kinda fucked.

@@khalil4978 It is obligatory to immigrate if the country you live in does not allow you to freely practice your religion, i.e. to perform your ritual duties such as prayer, fasting, paying Zakat and observing dress code etc. The Hadith you quoted is referring to Muslims who continued to live in Mecca after the immigration to Madinah and didn't practice Islam and in-fact participated in the battle of Badr against the Muslims(Ibn Kathir). As far as I know, the laws in the US or UK do not contravene religious freedom and in-fact are extremely accommodating. In that case it is permissible for you to continue living there. Once a bedouin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and asked him about the migration. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Mercy of Allah be on you! The migration is a quite difficult matter. Have you got some camels?" He replied in the affirmative. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do you give their Zakat?" He replied in the affirmative. The Prophet said, "Do you let others benefit by their milk gratis?" He replied in the affirmative. Then the Prophet asked, "Do you milk them on their watering days and give their milk to the poor and needy?" He replied in the affirmative. The Prophet, said, "Go on doing like this from beyond the seas, and there is no doubt that Allah will not overlook any of your good deeds." [Saheeh Bukhari 63/149] Narrated Malik: We came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and we were young men nearly of equal ages and we stayed with him for twenty nights. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was a very kind man and when he realized our longing for our families, he asked us about those whom we had left behind. When we informed him, he said, "Go back to your families and stay with them and teach them (religion) and order them (to do good deeds). The Prophet (ﷺ) mentioned things some of which I remembered and some I did not. Then he said, "Pray as you have seen me praying, and when it is the time of prayer, one of you should pronounce the call (Adhan) for the prayer and the eldest of you should lead the prayer. " [Saheeh Bukhari 95/1] Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "There is no Hijra after the Conquest (of Mecca), but Jihad and good intention remain; and if you are called (by the Muslim ruler) for fighting, go forth immediately. [Saheeh Bukhari 56/2 ]
