Thanks for the review! QD systems like Rearden Atlas, Atlas XL, Dead Air Keymo and YHM Phantom have a large stand off compared to the ASR. This can is 90% the same design as the Jolene S and because of that has the same blast chamber size. Since the performance is great on the Jolene S we didn’t want change that by adding a larger blast chamber, we do recommend the use of single port brakes or minimalist style muzzle devices.

Hear me out... picture the tried an true jolene.. big volume but instead of 30cal let's make it a 22/6mm bore for coyote hunters with 22/6 creedmoors an the old faithful 243 🎉

so basically no dice using an asr bravo mount plus a flash hider unless you have a hub extender?

So I have your full-size Jolene, and I was thinking about getting the S for my 9” 300 blackout. Is there diminishing returns using the full-size Jolene on a subsonic 300 blackout setup vs the full-size? I have a feeling so. If there is, I think I’ll swap the Jolene full-size to my 308 bolt action and get either this simple man, or a Jolene S, based on your recommendation. Thanks!

How is the backpressure compared to the omega? Looking to dedicate a can to my 6 arc ar and my omega is super gassy compared to my banish 30 so would like a little less gassy.

So would it be safe to say muzzle devices such as the dead air micro brake and the YHM mini phantom, would be compatible?
@tylerreeves5163Ай бұрын
Yes, for longer muzzle devices you can always add a hub extension is yours does not fit.

@tylerreeves5163 awesome, thanks! Follow up question: I will be going with direct thread when I initially receive this can (certifying today!), but will be in the market for an appropriate muzzle device. The Silerncerco ASR is an option I've been looking at; after reading your comment to this video again, and to clarify, would a regular ASR muzzle device work without a hub extension? Or would it be best to go with their single port brake as well?
@swivel6329 күн бұрын
@@nathang4288same question I have. I have asr brakes or flash hiders on my ars and wasn’t sure if this going work.

*Update to my previous post* I received my keymo hub adapter today was relieved I discovered that there is enough stand-off when installed to fit my FCD 6315 birdcage. However, the SOLGW Knox is a no-go as of now. I'm gonna fiddle with the timing to see if that works, if not I wasted 100.00 bucks on a flash hider. 😒
@tylerreeves5163Ай бұрын
You can also get a hub extension from Ecco machine to fit larger devices.

Have you fired a gemtech 762 abyss and if so what is your opinion of it right now they're at a reasonable price and I'm looking to pick one up ive viewed your video on the Tion mini and I really wanted to pick one up but the gemtech also caught my eye at a real affordable price so I just wanted to get your perspective on it. Thanks for any input you can provide, btw great video as usual 👍
