Awesome video, I've watched several different videos and this is better explained so far, thank you for the video, I'm starting out as a newby lol and needed to figure out what I was doing wrong. How do I get the resin out of my measuring cup once I'm done using it. I tried washing it with soap and water and also left it soak in hot water and I still can't seem to get it cleaned

Great information. Can you do a video on your new UV light with the double side. I need to know how to clean the plastic tray that you put inside. How to clean cure resin from this tray. Thanks.
@LETSRESIN Жыл бұрын
You can spray the tray with alcohol or gently scrape off the cured resin with a plastic scraper☺

So for something like coasters, would I want to use Table Top Resin?
@garrylaing44794 ай бұрын
Excellent video. The only thing I am not clear on is when to add the powder/dye etc. Do I fully mix resin and hardener then put in the powder and mix again for another couple of minutes or do I start with resin, then add hardener, then add powder/dye/glitter etc THEN start mixing?

Mix resin and hardener first, then add color

While adding the layer do we have to use the same batch we have made earlier or we can make the new batch every time we add a layer? Kindly help me out.
@LETSRESIN9 ай бұрын
Hey, it's generally recommended to use the same batch of resin when adding additional layers. This ensures uniformity in color, texture, and curing properties throughout your project.

What is the difference between the pink and blue bottle? Are they both the same resin or different? Do you have to mix them both together?
@HopeSullivan-ph4zdАй бұрын
One is the resin and the other is the hardener. Yes you mix them together. There should be 2x as much resin as hardener
@HopeSullivan-ph4zdАй бұрын
A is the resin and B is hardener. You mix them together (that’s the whole mixing process) and there should be 2x the amount of A as B

Pls explain when should you use 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 resin
@Officialfahads29 күн бұрын
My dear it depends upon resin material which you are using. In this video they are using 1:1 it means if you pour resin 10 grams hardner for this will also b used 10 grams. If used 2:1 means 10 grams of resin and 5 grams of hardner will be used to create the desired form to pour into molds

Please I need help! I used this exact resin as shown to cover a little wood lid. I followed all the directions. After about 15 minutes, I checked the resin on the wood for air bubbles and it was becoming lumpy. There were several dimples. It doesn’t make sense. It’s almost like the resin is too thin..?
@riah3564Ай бұрын
My guess is the wood had air pockets within the fibers, or maybe the wood was wet or had sap in it that might of reacted with the resin in some way

Hey I was fixing to do a sea turtle mold, I wear oxygen, but anyway: Do I mix both so I mix it in a bigger cup like 1:1 of Epoxy Resin both bottles A. Resin bottle B. Mix in the same. amount of Hardener I'm sorry to bother you. I know I mix the same amount of A&B both bottles. Resin Bottle Hardener Bottle. It's that right. I'm so sorry to bother you. Thank you
@LETSRESIN10 ай бұрын
Yes, typically you mix equal parts of resin (from bottle A) and hardener (from bottle B) in a larger mixing cup. So if you're using a 1:1 ratio, you'd pour the same amount of resin and hardener into your mixing cup. Then you'd stir them together thoroughly according to the instructions provided with your epoxy resin kit. Hope it was helpful😊
