Hello hello Aussie Dad That is awesome. Thank you so much for sharing with me. This was my early days of doing it so I didn’t have all the information like safety. Make sure when you guys use epoxy to wear a respirator, plastic gloves and clothes you don’t mind getting destroyed. Epoxy is very bad chemicals and can damage your lungs or hurt your skin. So just make sure you are careful and in a well ventilated room!! Have fun!!!

Please have him use protective equipment when using resin do you want to use gloves? Keep it off your skin and you do not want to breathe the fumes.

I don’t now of a glitter ink. It might be out there. I just mix a bunch of glitter with whatever resin I am using. Not too much with the uv because you want the uv light to go through it So it dries properly. But I just make my own. If that makes sense. I use fine glitter. Awww 🥰 thank you so much. The hole is in the mold. You don’t have to make the hole. The mold makes it for you. Does that make sense?!?

Thanks for your educational videos. I've just started working with resin, and have made earrings with molds. I'm having a challenge getting the right size jump ring to fit in the hole without the jump ring looking too big. What size do you recommend?

That is so hard to say without me seeing the mold. Every hole made by a mold for resin jewelry is completely different sizes. I would go to a craft store or a place where you get jewelry findings and get a pack that has a variety of jump rings and see for your self which one works before for what you have.

Embeds are little things you add to the resin like the hearts or you can add shells or you can add these little plastic things that look like fruit. They bring a fun aspect to what you are making. I have been trying to improve that in my latest videos with zooming in. But I will continue to try to improve that in my videos. Thank you for the suggestion

You can totally do that!!! That is a a great idea!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did something similar in another video using uv and epoxy for a jewelry piece.

You can try but I wouldn’t use as dark of colors. It is harder for the light to penetrate. Or to have such a concentrated paste of glitter

SO I love JDiction Epoxy because it dries the fastest out of any of the epoxy resin I have used, but if you are using alcohol ink to make a cool affect the ink doesn't spread as well. amzn.to/3wP5J1P I also love this brand. It takes a lot longer (but most brands take 24 hours to dry) but it is great and a good price. amzn.to/3q8PCs5

You said Round Glitter. Does that mean it is chunky? Some times Glitter can be heavy and sinks to the bottom. If that is true. You can mix your resin. Wait 20-30 minutes and then add the glitter and it is less likely to go to the bottom. Am I correct in understanding your question?
