Sir but according to the formula of rho.. it do depend on Lenght, it is inversely depending on the length plzz sir answer
@bethanyrumkui22934 жыл бұрын
Rho is a constant.In order to understand that you can take the example of Ohms law.In Ohms law, resistance is the constant.Therefore increase in the value of current or voltage won't affect resistance as sir explained in the start of the video.The same is the case with Rho it is a constant equated to replace proportionality constant.It depends on neither of the quantities in the formula.only it's unit can however be derived from the formula.

sir yeh kaisy hai k R(not) k bharnay sy difference ziada hoga jabkay is k kam hony sy difference kam hoga. Farz krein R(not)=20 C and R(t)=100 C. THEN DIFFERENCE IS 80. Agr ab R(not) ko brha k 50 C kr dein toh difference 50 C ata hai.
@bethanyrumkui22934 жыл бұрын
I think there has been a mistake in the way you've interpreted this concept. 1) First of all R(not) and Rt are the value of Resistance at the initial and t temperature. 2) let's say that a resistor offers Resistance At 0degree =2 Ohms After increasing the temperature to 30 degree the Resistance triples of it's initial value so at Rt =8ohms as (2*3/or 2❌2❌2) their difference (Rt-Ro) would only be 6. However if a resistor has larger initial value Ro =3ohm then increase in temperature from 0 to 30 also increases the resistance three times it's initial value Rt=27 because ( 3*3or 3❌3❌3) their difference would be 23. Therefore smaller Ro value results in smaller difference and vice versa.

If temp increases and resistance decreases then what about conductivity? It is increase or decrease? .......... Also what is relationship btw conductance and conductivity ? Also btw resistance and resistivity?
@FriendsPhysics4 жыл бұрын
everything directly happend to resistance will inversaly happen to conductance. Conductance is extensive and conductivity is intensive property. coductivity of a specific wire will remain same even if the dimensions(Length. area ) change

what is the difference between resistance and resistivity?
@FriendsPhysics5 жыл бұрын
The resistance is represented by the symbol R whereas the resistivity is represented by the symbol ρ. ... The resistance of the material depends on the length, cross-section and area of conductor whereas the resistivity depends on the nature and temperature of the material.
