I changed to this mask last week from the brevida nasal pillow. The brevida was terrible, leaked, and fell off my head. I wish I had switched to the N20 a year ago. The N20 is way better and stays on my head all night. I ordered the soft cushions that go on either side of the mask from Amazon and that made all the difference with minimizing red marks in the morning. The memory foam cushion is also a must. I'm very happy.

how is the airflow vs a nasal pillow? the nasal pillow seems too forced

Love this mask. Have tried other nasal masks and full face masks and could never get use to them. This one has been amazing for me!

This is a great video with so much helpful information for anyone considering switching mask type, which I did, and I am very happy with it. The seal is perfect and the straps do not move around while sleeping, while the hose is able to swivel.

Now if they only made an N 30 mask that fit the N 20 head gear I would really like it. The N 30 and the N 30i with their single strap head gear tend to come off at night if you move from side to side. And the N 20 and F 30 tend to plug up the pores of my nose. I guess I'll try the F 30 but everything is just so dang expensive!

I just started using the N20 with my AirSense 10, and the machine thinks the mask is leaking when it's not. Is that because of the hose vent?

For the N20, is it normal to feel air continuously coming out of the exhaust port, even when breathing in?

I am currently using AirFit P10 (Nasal Mask) from Resmed, somehow the strap is rubbing my face during sleep so it causes redness and irritation on my face. I talked to the Provider who recommended me changing to AirFit N20, when I watch your video, there is also strap around the face, so it is going to rub the skin too like P10?

I have a stand which i feed my tube through so it holds it above me in bed. What i don’t understand is that whikst the seal around the nose is very good, the vent is like a wind tunnel, why doesn’t this diminish the pressure?

The exhaust vent blows hard and noisy. Is there a hose and vent system that doesn't blow our so hard and so noisy?

1. Make sure that the hose connector and the mask is clipped on tightly so there is no noise. 2. You might have to change the air pressure on the machine or ask the supplier how to change the air pressure. 3 there are KZbin videos on how to change the air pressure on the machine. I have a Resmed 11 that has a range of 4-20 and I have no issues with noise unless the hose is not connected correctly.

Is there a different way to clean the foam mask on the N20, different than the silicone version? Does it clean as easy? How do you CLEAN the foam mask version?

I have this one and the exhalation port is awful! I can’t face my wife when in bed because it shoots like an air gun straight at her. People that design these don’t use them.

Same here.. Then, I washed it, the squishy nose part came off the harder part. It has a squishy ring attached to it. No way to get that in place again. We moved to a place where they’re not on sale…

The short tube of the N20 can be attached to the top strap for a top mounted mask arrangement.

@@crz033 Just use a narrow strip of some tough tape, like gorilla tape, in a criss-cross fashion, to keep the short hose arced up and attached to the top of the headgear. Nothing fancy required.

I notice with this mask I get a leak of 33L or higher using this mask. Could it be because of the diffuser or something? Where as with other mask I don’t get a leak as high

I got a new resmed 11 cpap machine with new head gear (M) and nasal pillow (M) and have gotten nothing but notices that I need to adjust seal, I've tried everything and I don't know what to do. I never had problems with the old head gear.

I got one yesterday and it's sized to a medium but what I find is that it closes my nose up so I cannot breathe at all I really don't like it Maybe I'll try to size up to large and see if that helps

I have had high leakage. Can I rest the pressure myself or do I need to have the company do it? Also, for some reason getting the nasal pillow off is a job. Sometimes it takes me an hour to get the thing off. All videos make it look simple but it's a chore for me? Any suggestions on these two issues?

Pressure - You will have to go into the clinical menu to change: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q3bbaKqhia97fdE We have videos for clinical menu for DreamStation 2 and Airsense 10 and Airsense 11 on our channel. The biggest mistake is trying to separate the mask at the wrong place. At 5:05 it is shown clearer. Make sure you are not pulling the wrong place
