I haven't seen someone explaining the NN architecture so smoothly. Thanks Kshitiz.

Great video, very clear explanation! Why the deep network is performing badly in some scenarios: The reasons may be, 1. Optimization methods 2. Loss function 3. insufficient data 4. function generated through feedforward has too many parameters and maybe their solution doesn't exist and even the approximation solution is far from the exact solution?? Sir, please comment on the mentioned points!
@KshitizVermaDL4 жыл бұрын
I am sorry for the delayed response. But all your points are valid in justifying why very deep neural networks may be bad.

@@KshitizVermaDL sir, I have a request, could you please make a video on development of NLP models means when and how different models cam into roleplay... Like RNN, LSTM, encoder decoder, attention, self attention, transformer, Bert, gpt.. Bla bla... I am confused with their use cases and implementation... If possible please make a video on that...

A video? It will take me next three months to cover this all. I am about to start these topics now.

Can you recommend books to learn mathematics for machine learning ?
@shaz-z5064 жыл бұрын
'Element of statistical learning' is one of the best if you wanna learn mathematics for machine learning algorithms.
@KshitizVermaDL4 жыл бұрын
If you were taught calculus, linear algebra, probability and statistics in any of your math courses, you should be fine. In any case there is an excellent book on Deep learning by Ian Goodfellow and others, check it out.

Good. But middle 10 minutes are useless and repeat one simple thing many times makes really irritating
@KshitizVermaDL8 ай бұрын
Yeah! I agree. I tend to be slow and repetitive. While this works well in a class that is not recorded, it is, as you said, useless in a lecture that is recorded. However, that's an old video and I hope I have improved on this habit!
