Resources For Your Transition

I made some videos and have since worked with people in over 20 different countries. I also have worked with nearly 300 people since I began years ago. Some of these people spend their entire transition with me, others just have 1 conversation about something specific, like how to navigate an issue with a partner.
If you have a therapist for anything, such as a different issue or diagnosis, that is fine. I always encourage you to keep an established relationship that is helpful. I have many people who attend my small online groups twice a month and that is all. Most people find my groups exceptionally affordable. They are usually shocked.

Exactly what happened to me. I was on estrogen hrt when I had to change endocrinologists. In my chart my primary Dr. had me being called Julie. All was going well. Then this Dr. came in and spent an hour convincing me I was confused and I would ruin my life. How sorry I would be. I decided to stop and the Dr. herself removed the hrt patch. She put me on testosterone patches. I decided to go back to all time male and almost immediately my blood pressure went up. Within 5-6 weeks my blood pressure had gone from 120/80 to 190/100. My primary was very upset, she is female and calls me Julie wanted to give me 5 different meds. At the last moment she said, instead of taking meds I want you as your medical treatment to where pantyhose and a slip everyday from now. My blood pressure started dropping and now its consistently 108/72. Absolutely true story

I remember reading medical journals in college to learn more about what I was feeling. Likely, I've watched thousands of videos given that I find something, perhaps several videos a day for over a decade. I'm very much at a crossroads and need help with building courage to break through a very difficult personal situation.

I must say... your videos are certainly intriguing... I've tried therapy once, and found it entirely unsatisfying, and TOTALLY gate-keeping Never again. (She insisted on old guard RLT, so wouldn't give needed letters... Also was unwilling to discuss letter for SRS without RLT... which as someone who can not "pass", I figure a non-binary transition is probably the only chance to be whole.) As a result, I self medicated hormonally for years, as opposed to going through an endocrinologist. Stopped due to some unhealthy side effects. Its one thing, if I'm my own gate-keeper (Your video about excuses is accurate... the FEAR is real), but if I was EVER going to consider therapy again, it would have to be with someone who would eagerly OPEN the gates, and facilitate transition to whatever level my own fears allow me to go.
