I agree with this, I like to think of myself as a work-a-holic, because I am, yet as soon as you give me encouragement or say thanks for all the work, the countless hours make it all seem worth it even if the job isn't glamorous. Like I will spend say 5 to 7 hours cleaning something just for it to be destroyed within 5 minutes, almost like I did nothing, but if I get a thanks or positive feedback for the things people don't see they I'm happy. Slowly but surely people are starting to see that my job title and my age don't define me as I've now become an almost essentially backbone at my work that works "in the shadows" so to speak.

Darryl has every excuse in the book for everything that he does.. he stopped to eat his breakfast and that's why he took forever? He could of easily got the truck to the job site so you guys can get started right away and he could of eaten his breakfast when he got to the job since he hardly does anything anyway. I would still check the security cameras to make sure Darryl didn't keep the truck for the weekend. You can't really believe a thing Darryl says these days.. i tell you one thing, it's great to see the boss man actually helping his crew instead of sitting back watching like all of these other bosses out there, and I really appreciate how you explain to the guys instead of yelling at them when something isn't done the right way, it's a sign of someone who has patience and someone who realizes that you can't get through people by yelling at them, but if you just talk to them they'll listen and pay attention more.. you're a great boss Ryan! Alot of people can learn from you
