For the respiratory quotient btw i think we need to know the values for each respiratory substrate as in the recent 2021 paper 3 my school gave us there was a 3 marker which required you to know it

you're welcome, happy they are useful, as honestly I was fearing that, without going to the in-depth explanations, people would not appreciate them as much as they should. yes, it is the plan the get all the topics on the advance information done before each exam.
