I watched your videos and took my exit hesi a couple of weeks ago. I got a 1067 (96%) after failing most of my other HESI exams throughout the program. I am now watching your videos to assist me in studying for the NCLEX-RN. I also appreciate your prayers in the beginning. There are many people who do not believe their success is due to God’s blessings, but for people like me, who have experienced so many obstacles and lack of opportunities, it’s obvious the difference I see in my life when I acknowledge God and ask Him for help. Please don’t change this, it’s needed!

I never thought to say, "I have a speech inpedament" I just say my mouth and brain don't cooperate and I just need to slow down to get the correct word out. The harder I try, the more frustrated I get. Yes, I've had it all my life, but never thought how to tell other people. Nice hearing from you. I like these video better than kahoot. They go to fast and I cant see the detail and words. I can see these words better in this format. Bonus, I love how you explain things. I hear your words during exams in my head as if your taking the test with me.

Hi professor, @13:47 since the patient is experiencing asthma exacerbation, why aren't we implementing first before assessing? Like with the other patient who couldn't breathe in the first question? I was thinking it would be similar, like airway first then assess. Or is it different because the focus is on, like you said, the med itself? Like when we give digoxin, we have to check HR regardless because the medicine depends on it

Wouldn’t someone with COPD o2 sat is lower like between 89-90% if we give them too much o2 it could decrease their respiratory drive ( correct me if I’m wrong)
