The life and death of Jesus (pbuh) is subject to the greatest amount of conjecture, misrepresentations and false attributions among all the prophets mentioned in the Quran. In order to clarify and purify his personality from all the falsehoods attributed to him, this lecture presents the prophecies of Jesus (pbuh) in his own words and clarification from God All-Mighty Himself to raise his personality for the benefit of those seeking the truth about Jesus the Son of Mary (pbuh). This lecture was presented by Mohammad Shaikh during his visit to North America in 2013 to a mixed audience comprised of local Christians, Ahmedi / Qadiani Muslims, and traditionalist Muslims all of whom have their own respective concepts in relation to life and death of Jesus (pbuh), and which are all in contradictions to what is written in the Quran. An enlightening lecture and equally enlightening question and answer session that followed after the lecture.

Whatever christians say today and in all times that Essa/Jesus is God is written only in Book of Allah and not in the Bible. No Christian can deny the ayaat of Allah if presented properly with its spirit. Very well explained in this lecture.

As per the reference of ayah In all times there are people who reject and say that Allah / God is one of the trinity.It is the christian world who believe in trinity and they include father,son and holy ghost in it.Allah is saying if people who reject will not stop from their word then painful punishment will touch them.This ayat is quoted in the lecture of Essa/Jesus(pbuh) delivered by Mohammad Shaikh.

The ayats clarifies that the Jesus, son of Mary, is the Kalma/Word of Allah, Ayat/nishani/sign of Allah, Rehmat/mercy of Allah, the Rooh/essence of Allah, and abd/ slave of Allah.People say that Jesus is the son of Allah and Allah has said in the Quran that people will say that Jesus is the son of Allah, and if they do not say this, then the ayat mentioned in the Quran will be proven wrong. In our society, the prevailing biblical concept is that Jesus (PBUH) was the son of God. However, when we look at the Ayaat of the Quran, we come to know that Allah has clearly stated in His revelations that Allah will give Maryam (PBUH) the good news of a son, whose name will be Al-Maseeh Essa. Jesus (PBUH) is not the son of Allah, but he is the Word of Allah.

At the same time, misrepresentation & false attributes are being promoted about him, being God or Son of God. Those who reject say Christ is God, while Jesus said to worship my & your God & whoever associates with Allah garden is forbidden. In the Bible, Jews put a charge on Jesus that he claimed divinity by saying Me & my Father are one & Christians are carrying on with it, thinking that what he meant. Jesus was referring to the works, in that manner Me & my Father are one. Jesus never claimed Divinity in the Bible. Secondly, Jesus is the son of God. The Qur'an says, if feelings are given to the heavens, they would burst & earth would split asunder. Such a monstrous/horrible thing to say as it involves act of sex, as he is supposed to be begotten. A simple example of creation of Jesus & Adam is given to explain that to creation Allah says be & it is. Christians also mention Trinity when this word doesn't even occur in the Bible. After knowledge has come if they argue, call them & say 'let us gather together & invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie'. I believe in the status or honour given to Essa/Jesus given as Word, Spirit, Sign, Messenger & Servant of Allah in the Qur'an. Also being Mercy for Mankind. Allah has clarified from false attributes & conjectures about Essa/Jesus.
