Is there any difference between Rest API and restful API. Some of my friends tried to convince me it's not the same (I could provide their reasons if needed). I think it's the same - while REST is the architecture, RESTful refers web services/api built using REST architecture. So I see Restful as an adjective (like skill and skillful). Let me know if I'm wrong! Thanks in advance

You are right! REST is the architectural style, while “RESTful” describes web services/APIs that adhere to REST principles. In practice, the terms are often used interchangeably.
