I'm not trying to argue by saying this, I'm just trying to explain🤔 It's not like I actually want Gabi to be with anyone other than his wife and in real life, shipping isn't even a thing for me. But in shows or mangas or books, I'm a sucker for chemistry. When I see it, I like it. In avatar I shipped Zuko and Katara but I'm not mad they didn't end up together by any means. It's just, it's fun when there is chemistry and I like it but that doesn't mean I actually want them to be together instead of the actual pairing. I ship Gabi and his wife too. Someone can have chemistry with more than one person and in different ways and I'm someone who enjoys these things. However, love is a different thing than chemistry, that's why I don't want him to end up with anyone else. It's just a little fun and games as someone who's watching/reading, no disrespect intended. And as this is fiction, I don't see a problem with that. Like I said, not trying to argue or convince you just thought maybe I can offer my point of view?

Interesting fact(might be considered spoiler, but I think at least half of it can be deduced by what appeared in this episode, either way read at your own risk): there’s 2 reasons why the Tensen can change gender, first is tha t they’re half plant and many plants have both “sexual organs”, the second reason is that they are “sages who cultivate immortality”, women are Yin and men are Yang, so by being both they’re in balance

@@bindutiwari4263 well that's the thing, sagiri's growth in the series makes her more likable than others, and " an already developped character " will never have as much impact ( to the eyes of the fan) as the one who started from some point to become the best version of her/himself. Since Yui "doesn't need developpement " we will never see her journey because it isn't worth it and there is not something to add in her character. At least that's how i see them both .

What im wondering is were those two 'tensen' In anyway related or similar to the people they're showing at the end part of the op where theres a 'jar' looking similar to the jar shown in this ep. who knows ..the brothers might still be in the hojo region and they might be misleading us into thinking those two beings they fought were the real deal. Judging by their dialogue and ability to regenerate I’d say they are. Using context clues the “Soshin” is most likely the monsters wandering around near the shore and in the forest. And he calls the Tensen the gods of the island or something to that effect which watching them (or rather one of them so far) shift from female to male like Yin to Yang is pretty godlike to me especially if I just lived on this island under them
