After he passed, his mother was involved with his fanclub for awhile and she would answer fan questions regarding her son. I remember one asked if Jon-Erik was a Christian and she said he was. He grew up in church and sometimes played a few instruments for services (he was a very accomplished pianist, there is video of him playing classical music on KZbin, and he was in the band at Tenafly High School playing trumpet, they performed in both the Rose Parade and on Main Street at Disneyland!). Baptist, I’m thinking? Golly, it’s been awhile since I saw that comment so don’t quote me on that part. But I do believe he had his afterlife taken care of before he passed. 😉

@LadyKC67 Жыл бұрын
Good grief. She’s STILL milking this story for attention? After all these years? Wow. He wasn’t a ticking time bomb. He was suffering from a wicked bout of insomnia and he was sleep deprived. Likely due to his crazy schedule. His friend Emma Samms (as well as Christie Jenkins) has publicly said he had been acting all day with an unloaded gun. The loaded gun was supposed to be locked up between scenes and it wasn’t. He’d fallen asleep on set and woke up to more delays in filming, pretty much ensuring he’d miss his flight to Vegas to film Circus of the Stars. It was mock frustration, like we’d do with a finger gun to the head, like “Just shoot me.” He put his faith in the industry and unfortunately that trust was misplaced. He wasn’t suicidal, nor was he stupid (he was actually rather intelligent). It wasn’t Russian roulette, even the police ruled that out yet the story never dies. Doesn’t help that she keeps claiming he was a ticking time bomb. 🙄 If she actually cared about him she’d stop spreading those lies and trashing his memory. His family was already put through the wringer with the lawsuit against CBS. Let’s not put them through more just to have a sensational story for a podcast ffs. 🤬🙄

@@clairephil2591 yep. And it infuriates me. He wasn’t suicidal. Not even slightly. He loved his life and his career. I’ve been told that he actually tried breaking up with her, several times before he died and she just wouldn’t let go. He had a very sweet, kind heart, I’ve heard the most wonderful stories from those that truly knew him, he was the kind to give you the shirt off his back. Unfortunately the leeches in Hollywood took advantage of his sweet nature.

Think it might piss you off? It would me.
