Hey everyone, it's day 21 of the RESTART series, and after a much-needed 10-12 hour sleep, I’m feeling completely refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Today was all about giving my body the rest it needed and then hitting the gym with renewed energy.
Here’s the chest and back workout I powered through:
1. Inclined Smith Machine Chest Press (2 sets, 8-12 reps)
2. Hybrid Chest Press/Fly Machine (2 sets, 8-12 reps)
3. Lat Pulldown (2 sets, 8-12 reps)
4. T-Bar Rows (2 sets, 8-12 reps)
5. Lat Pullover (2 sets, 15-20 reps)
6. Cable Chest Fly (2 sets, 15-20 reps)
7. Plank (3 minutes)
8. Cardio - 2 Kilometer Run
After a restful Sunday, this workout felt invigorating and set a great tone for the week ahead. Join me in this full chest and back session and let’s keep pushing forward!
