I continue to acquaint the viewers of the @ChocoYamma channel with the best restaurants in St. Petersburg. Tieguanyin is a semi-fermented oolong tea that occupies an intermediate position between green and black teas.
Cupuaçu is a tropical fruit closely related botanically to cocoa. Please note that unlike cocoa beans, cupuaçu beans do not eat seeds, but appetizing white pulp. It has a light citrus aroma, and its taste will remind you of chocolate with pieces of tropical fruit.
