I like bad customer service because if I keep visiting, there’s no pressure for me to be friendly to the staff. I can just eat and keep to myself and maybe just leave a $2 tip

The restaurant is getting closed, because they don't walk this talk... Must have forgotten everything they mentioned in this video, because they'd much rather show people their behinds to kiss... I say let them close and be made an example of why respect and kindness is #1. PERIOD.

I had the pleasure to eat here 1 week ago and honestly can't wait to go back just for the gits and that sauce. That food was well seasoned and really good. However, the server was nowhere to be found, couldn't find her at all so we gave her tip to another waiter who actually assisted us. Customer service could be improved but overall, it was a great experience.

I didn’t see it when it was first posted but to me the real milk and honey is the one on cascade. I’ve been to the one on Main Street and it’s like a club. The music is too loud and it looks like a club!

Customer service is everything…. It shows that the restaurant is grateful for the customers that are making them successful so in return giving customer service is everything.
