Restaurant Style Chicken Ginger Recipe: 750g chicken 1/4 Cup oil 2 TSP Ginger 1 TSP Garlic Fry till golden and then add chicken Fry on high heat and add: 1TSP Salt Take out fried golden chicken and add: 1 Small Onion chopped Fry onions gently to lighten gold colour Add 3 chopped Tomatoes Grate a small piece of ginger 1 TSP Coriander Powder Half TSP Jeera Powder Half TSP Black Pepper Half TSP Turmeric (Haldi) 1 TSP Chilli Powder Cook the Masala Add Chicken - stir Cover with lid for 10/12 mins on Low/Med heat 1/3 Cup Yoghurt Add hot water if masala is sticking Garnish with thin slices of fresh ginger.
