Recipe for making restaurant style chilli prawns at home.
This recipe is a blend of Chinese style with an Indian twist. Prawns are marinated in an assorted mix of chilli powder, corn flour and some assorted masalas, deep fried and kept aside. Next the sauce is made using tomato ketchup, soya sauce and additional ingredients like capsicum, spring onions with some additional spices. Finally mixed with a bit of corn flour to obtain the saucy texture and we toss in the prawns and coat them with the sauce. Chilli prawns are ready!. Serves very well as a side dish for fried rice, noodles etc. This will be a treat for seafood lovers.
