6 eggs
300 grama rice
3 medium onions
1 bay leaf clove cardamom
cinnamon pepper star anise
1 big tomato pureed
2 tbsp yoghurt optional
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies slit
1 tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
to marinate eggs
1 pinch salt
1 pinch turmeric
1 pinch red chilli
for rice
2 litres water
1 bay leaf
clove cardamom cinnamon
pepper star anise cumin seeds
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp oil or ghee
few drops lemon juice

Hi, I do appreciate your efforts to make this video. I tried this recipe today. I came out to be good.. One humble suggestion though.. If you can list out all the required ingredients at start of video we can keep those things ready.. e.g boiled eggs.. Or keeping the flame low while adding masala.. The thing is I added masala and then u mentioned to keep the flame low, and masalas got burned.. Or keeping the chopped onions and tomato puree ready beforehand.. Thank u 😊
