For gravy-
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. 1 cinnamon stick
3. 1 cardamom
4. 2-3 cloves
5. 5-6 black peppercorns
6. ½ cup chopped cabbage
7. 4 chopped tomato
8. ½ tsp salt
9. 8-10 cashew nuts
10. 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
11. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
12. 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
13. ¼ cup milk malai
For sabji-(4 ppl)
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. 1 tbsp ghee
3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
4. 2 chopped green chilly
5. 1 chopped raw banana
6. ¾ cup chopped capsicum
7. ¼ +1/4 tsp salt
8. ½ tsp dry ginger powder
9. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
10. 1 tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
11. Add gravy
12. 2 tsp lemon juice
13. ¼ tsp garam masala powder
14. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
