TWIN SAUCE STEAK (Restaurant Style)🤩

You'll be learning
MUSHROOM steak (white, mild and creamy)
Mexican Steak (Red,Tangy and Spicy)
Lets marinate our meat first:
YES YOU CAN USE CHICKEN
Undercut steak cuts (ap bahir say bhi banwa sktay hain aur ghar pay rakhay gosht say khud bhi)
3 piece.
Marination:
Salt 1 tsp
Touch of vinegar or lemon to make it tender and juicy. 1-2 tbsp
Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Marinate steaks for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
Sautéed vege (sideline)
Blanch your Julienne cut vege, Boil water add the vege for exact 8 minutes. Drain out the water.
In a pan heat half tsp butter, add your vegetables, half tsp oregano or mix herbs half tsp chicken powder. Toss and keep them aside.
We'll be working on two sauces.
White sauce for Mushroom Steak: (Mild and creamy)
In a Pan sautee 3 tbsp mushrooms in half tsp butter and 3-4 pinch of blackpepper. Toss and keep it aside.
In the same pan, Saute 1tsp butter with oil 1 tsp
Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic,
cream 3 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
KEEP THE FLAME LOW, VERY LOW.
Add white pepper and chicken powder half tsp each
Sauce for Mexican steak: (tangy and spicy)
In another pan,
Add 1 tsp Butter,
saute 1 tsp chopped garlic,
Julienne cut onions and capsicum (quantity shown in video)
Add Chilli Garlic sauce 5 tbsp,
Bbq sauce 2 tbsp
Tobasco Sauce 1 tbsp ( got it for 98 rupees)
chicken powder half tsp
black pepper half tsp
Oregano/mix herbs half tsp
Mix everything and you're done.
Grill or stir fry you're steak till its done or medium rare.
It took me 25 minutes to cook them nicely. Donot overcook or else it will become chewy.

Veges (blanched carrot/zucchini/broccoli/cauliflower)
