I watched this video early this morning and it came to my attention that actually I do have tension in that area, even though I'm very energetic and cheerful today, I'm not experiencing any stress but there is tension in my forehead a heaviness. I have just done this for around 20minutes with the banyan tree leaf that fell when I was at Mahasadashivoham this year and the tension has lifted. Thank you Swamiji!
