Hey gal, just kidogo kusaidiana. For sausages/smokies be dividing it to the number you guys cook at a go and wrap with cling film instead of kutoa zote kwa freezer itoke baridi then uirudishe tena it compromises its freshness. Then also try to cover all the tins in the fridge. Then for vegetables and fruits going to the fridge, make sure you clean them using water, vinegar and dish washer, dry them then store in the fridge. For things like pumpkin and melon, once you cut, wrap them in cling film them store in the fridge not freezer. Hope this is helpful

Also be wiping the fridge when it's power is off. Once you cut an onion make sure you use all of it. Leaving an onion while cut makes it not good for use later. This you can google.
