My only complaint of the stockers taking from stockroom. They will take and put back a entire shelf of boxes with 1 item in each box. Unless they add a feature where in the back we can combine boxes, this will rather mess up the entire ordering process.

Another cool addition to the game would be to have the cashiers and stockers start out slow and then each day they get a small amount of speed added to their job. Then if you fire and rehire they start over at the beginning speed. It incentivizes keeping employees and most employees do get faster over time IRL.

Customizable signs for the walls. It's decorations but would really help designate areas in the stock room. Neon would be cool.

I'm on the same number of licenses as you, but my store is half the size. I just put 2 shelves per item, one shelf for things that sell slower. Four shelf sections for things like TP. I don't use the store room, and just order what I need at the beginning of each day. Most days I never run out of anything, and it made me realize something. There's a pattern for the shoppers and the number of items sold. What I'm doing is fitting the pattern perfectly. It's nice, because it means the game can suit many different ways of playing it.

7:40 What I do is that I wait for my heart rate to get down so that I stop sweating and then I shower so while I wait I make myself a protein powder shake so I don’t waste too much time and also I use hot water to wash myself and then cold water to cool myself 17:25 you got 250$ for the register resell 29:40 you need a third checkout register customers are starting to complain that the checkouts are full

7:30 you should try cold showers after working out, it is the way to go. 19:20 i think you are just trying to keep to mcuh stock in stock. for the milk you just stocked you use up 2 spots, thats enough to 0 - 100 the self which if you are paying attention should never happen. if you keep doing full shelves per item you really only need 1 spot per item, i do half shelves and it works for me.

KageCo is going great. You should open the store when you sit in the back and buy stock. Your employees can handle all the traffic and you won't be wasting money having them do nothing.

When they break they are stuck looking at a box. Remove and replace one of each from the shelf and they usually fix. It's a temp fix, but it works until the dev gets a fix.

I think they will throw it out if you have filled the rack while they have a box and don't use it all. If they don't have a place to return the partially filled box they pitch it.

That was my thought.. hope it’s not happening. I’m around a month behind 😅 the game dev needs to mark out a delivery area near to the shop for all bought deliveries and part used supplies. Giving the player the chance to organise new space for stuff or collapses the same stock in the boxes to reduce the amount of part filled boxes.

I used to do the ordering for a large Supermarket, and never set foot on the Shop floor, everything was ordered by what stock we had in the Warehouse, and there was 4 of us responsible for ordering different departments like one on Clothing, Toys, and Home goods, another on Food and Drinks, and another for the Butchery and cooked meats and the last for Fresh Fruit and Veg. So the Manger knew where the Buck stopped if we ran short of anything.

i think the stockers prioritise the lowest stock on the shelves and if theres some items with a few missing they will fill it (not sure if thats how it works but that's what i've noticed from playing). also i think he's adding home delivers like uber eats etc and also a local market place where you can buy product for cheaper than on the computer but you have to physically go.

Hey Kage, I tried to change the order of food/licenses. All it does is makes new things cost more and get about the same result of end of day profits. Hard to stock these things, dont do it lol. It equals out, but takes longer to get extra rows in stock.

Then put a horseshoe of shelves around it, or just a set of shelves on either side to lessen the possible lag.⚠️ I was present for the stream, so I know how having to much going on in the storage caused lag. So just a hesitant idea.😎😎😎

There needs to be different storages for frozen and refrigerated items. Maybe that could expand the storage area. Be nice if you could see your stocked amount when buying so you don't have to look.

I'm pretty behind so you might not see this but as far as the working out thing goes you might try to increase the amount of days you go just to save your self some effort but if you do ice baths after a workout it's a good way to cool off and it helps tremendously with recovery which would benefit you since your concerned with hurting yourself. Also love the videos keep up the great work!

great videos bro, regarding workout i do also go gym and what works for me, after i do all my sets and basically done i jump in a ice bath, at first yeah can be too cold and depending on the weather can be even worse in the winter but after a while you just feel so fresh and workout feels rewarding

You pay them the same either way. There is no spoilage, what do you care if they stock things full? They are just standing there otherwise.

One thing I don't like about the stocker is you can't just disable him for a time without wasting money firing him. I was try to rearrange products and he'd run off and restock a shelf I just emptied. And maybe one day a buy checklist kind of like Car Mechanic Simulator, cause my old brain can't keep track of everything.

I wish the stockers would be smart about which box they grabbed. It's annoying to have 3 products split between 2 boxes that hold 16 items each. You can mitigate that by taking down boxes and putting them in the correct order, but besides that being a bit tedious, there are two issues. One, there's a bug that often makes it impossible to put boxes on the ground, so I had to get an extra rack just to set stuff down temporarily. Two, that solution only solves it if you only have a single shelf of those items. I have 5 shelves of toilet paper, since each shelf only holds a single box, and I usually end up with 5 half-full boxes before I consolidate them myself. They do seem to prioritize the items that are lower, and I've seen them outright ignore shelves that are only missing a single item. I like them fully stocking though, and they struggle enough to keep up with everything that I worry I would fully run out if they waited until a product was half out. My guys haven't gotten stuck at all so far. Try picking up the shelf and putting it back maybe?

@@Golladan I was still encountering it when I played yesterday after the stocker update. Most of the time I couldn't throw or place down partly empty boxes on the ground. I usually could with full ones and occasionally could with partials.

I know this is a bit of an old video but your stockers may still be throwing out stock, if the locations in your stock room are full they may throw out the excess stock that don't fit in your shelves of storeroom

Hey Kage, Due to the Timezone difference the stream went live at an ungodly hour of the morning and I have caught up on the stream after the fact though. I always get petty when the NPC's give huge amounts of cash and I have to give them like $53.50, I would get petty and just spam the 25c until it's good... I know, it's to the detriment of my sanity and time, but I am a petty person by nature hahahaha

Take out the boxes in the lower storage space where he is standing and they go on about their business. Problem is they will keep freezing in place over and over until that box is somewhere else

When my stockers get stuck like that, I start removing all the boxes on the shelf and they move. That's what has worked for me so far.

With the restockers you don't really need to keep full shelves of 1 item. You can now expand the selection of items without neededing to expand the store size.

I found that when one of the stocker gets stuck it when you change what on the shelf and I found if you fill all the shelf with stock they reset and put the stock they were trying to put on the shelf back in the storage room

Just imagine, If high value like butter and drink can get stolen, you buy cameras, and a security guard, restocked sort outside boxes, player and stockers has a gun that they can scan product barcode if you have stock, if not. Then you can order with the gun etc, maybe a cleaner, for when a customer drops a product, along with self service checkouts, and trolleys and baskets, this game has immense potential to become the best simulator of all time 😂😂😂

I'm prepared for the implementation of product expiration. Unless it is a large item like potatoes or chicken I don't keep more than 2 boxes of a single item in the back. So I have more than enough space in the sock room for more products.

When you restarted the game with people in store the things they had in possession was erased. I play a different supermarket game and noticed it happen when I hit square to end the day by accident and lost 2k.

in reality all this phenomenal update is not, because two important things had to be done: fix the bug of warehouse workers who get enchanted in front of the shelves and make sure that the goods could be moved more easily, without necessarily having to have the right box. Instead they focused on offering only expensive cosmetic upgrades
