Maybe he went back and fixed them up after recording. I have tried to record a small restoration and the amount of work for recording and actually doing the work is much more than you would think from just watching the videos.

Theres what he does in reality: 1: shows us the working display 2: then he takes apart the display 3: he wraps some of the original components of the display into plastic then reopens them like he got them from elsewhere 4: he assembles the display AGAIN 5: takes it apart for the 2nd time then does some silly soldering 6: he smashes the monitor, brings it to the junkyard and shows how he "found" it 7: finally, cleans the monitor and removes the part that he previously wrapped into plastic. In the video some steps are not shown and they are in another order.

That was down for dramatic affect. We know it didn’t survive the fire it was covered with ashes sometime after the fire when it was thrown by someone. So we know he’s may be planting some of these things. So what?. That doesn’t take away from the great job that he does restoring the stuff. Look at the video for what it is to restoration of that display nothing else

Then he destroyed the working, reassembled monitor to film the beginning. And even if it was 100% real it still would be a crap job, just look at the solder joints.

I'm selling these types of monitors for 2-5$ each.If the screen is that broken I scrap out for the inside components and the metal.if you have a few screens lying around (I do have) then it's worth reparing.But ordering a new screen for money... That's out of the question.

Канифоль не убрал, дорожка испорчена, матрица стоит дороже рабочего монитора. Да б/у, на барахолке, для красивого ролика разок можно купить, но на постоянной основе ремонтировать разбитые мониторы не вариант. Может у него на родине матрицы копейки стоят, но у нас в РФ дорого, 500р в среднем за рабочий монитор.

If all your replacement parts come from a supplier wrapped in cling film, you really should find another supplier. If as you appear to be doing is making fake repair video’s, then you really should at least learn how to solder and use a meter so at least you can make the fake video look realistic.
