Yes yes and yes to salad greens. They grow like weeds. I actually only have chives, basil and salad greens going. I have two salad greens, one basil and one chives. I’ve covered the other openings with their AeroGarden covers so as not to kill off the roots with too many plants. After you trim the salad greens to the point where you’re doubtful they’ll continue to grow, I just pull those pods out and start over. I rarely have to purchase lettuce at the market anymore. And while we live Italian and Caprese, there is always more basil than we can eat. If your plants grow too big, they choke out anything else you’re growing so it’s best just to keep a few pods going at a time. Love mine!!

Hey Michele! It must be hard following a diet that most people aren’t accommodative of, which I can relate to myself as I have many serious health conditions that dictate what I can or cannot put in my body. Either way, it comes with a unique set of obstacles. I find that if I act comfortable & confident with what I can or cannot eat, then that puts others around me at ease. You do what is best for you!! No one can fault you for that! We were/are raised to be polite & not make a big deal out of things, but we are allowed to state our needs. Anyway, sorry for the rant, lol! Michele, for the herbs you don’t use right away, you can get an ice tray, fill it with your favorite broth, add herbs to each ice pod and freeze- makes great homemade version of bouillon for future use. You can also add things like dill and other flavors you like to an ice tray pod with water and freeze - use in making Bloody Mary, if that is your vibe. Same concept with mint -

Fresh herbs keep well in the freezer if you don't want them to go to waste... just throw the zip lock bag in your freezer and you can pull out what you need as you need it. You can also just add the extra you snip off to the bag as you go. Just make sure they are patted dry to avoid freezer burn.

I did 17 at the Holidays for a few years. Even with all the work, I loved it, especially as the years have gone by and there are fewer faces around the table. As I said at the time, we’ll just get a larger turkey and peel more potatoes! See if you can get some lemon thyme!

Hi Michele. Bruce is a huge coffee connoisseur. He recommends from Dragonfly Roasters their Espresso Crema Dolce, notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and amaretto. The other, by the same company, is Jamaican Blue Mountain. He said to tell you the best in Hawaiian beans, is Paradise Roasters. I'm sorry your editor didn't work out. I've been loving your vlogs!
