God's love is UNFAILING, that is, it will not fail to bring about it's desired end. But, it us not unconditional. Can you imagine a parent that didn't set forth conditions? That's negligence. It might be time to say sons and daughters. God does have daughters, and He knows the difference. It hearkens back to a time of ignorance. God is the masculine subject, but he obviously has the ability to create femininity. The cause is equal to or greater than the effect. Sons are children, daughters are children. Then we grow up shoulder to shoulder with God.
