ok, looks like a fairly decent resto job... However... Am a little confused, that does look quite a lot like a 4 Stroke/4 Cycle internal combustion motor and not a 2 stroke.... And... the name "Rebel" was used by Honda, some engine internals look quite Honda design too, Kawasaki used the term "Vulcan"... 🤔🤔. However, I will continue watching, as, being an old biker and having owned a good few bikes of varying CCs (was a Kawasaki fan at heart, I am a little unsure of the design of this particular model (I'm from 🇬🇧)... However, I DO enjoy these kinds of 'Restoration videos' seeing sadly neglected motorbikes given a new lease of life, It kinda warms my heart to see this love for bikes. I do however sometimes flinch a little (being an electro mechanical engineer) at some of the techniques used, eg, seating a bearing in its housing by hammering/pressing the bearing into place, using its inner race etc.. lol... But either way, a running motorbike is much better than a dead and rusted pile of scrap. So, it's appreciated. 😊😎🇬🇧

Столько вопросов к автору видео... 1. Нафига заводить мотор, который может быть сухим или заклинившим? 2. "Реставратор" - енот? Иначе для чего разбирать движок и мыть все подряд? 3. Покраска серебрянкой - вообще круть! Особенно когда она начнет отваливаться от внутренних поверхностей. 4. Автор не знает, как правильно запрессовывать подшипники? 5. "Прокладка" из картона на герметик - вообще убила... (твою мать - он и вторую так же сделал!!!) 6. Сначала собрать, потом долго пытаться запустить и только после этого проверить фазы.... Мля, у меня больше нет цензурных слов. Идиотизм какой-то!

Картон и герметик если нет прокладок. Сам так делал когда не было возможности купить. Да и мотоцикл у него не свежий возможно не производят такие прокладки. Да я заметил когда он распредвал не так поставил. Прям колхозное востановление. Я тоже так могу разобрать мотик помыть и собрать.

You should never touch a more expensive engine... Cleaning the cylinders with sand paper, hitting the bearings on the inner ring, destroying the valveseats with a wirewheel and so on is harming the engine very badly....

that is a very different type of two-stroke than I have been used to over the last five decades. Is it possible they mean two cylinder? These are the types of issues I run into when I call customer service of a lot of big companies like paypal and ebay and the service reps do not think in English which makes conversation difficult to impossible ,especially if the conversations require responses from the rep with words that begin with the letter “R”….. can you imagine taking this heap that was obviously stolen or rented,used as a boat anchor after it was burned and tossed off a tall building ,into a motorcycle shop, and signing a work order with the instructions, “whatever it needs”

This not a old one because if its a old Then There shouldn't be any engine oil in the engine and Secondly inside the engine everything is in fine Condition can You See ? He Just Sprayed Petrol And Burned It And Kept It For 1/2 Months. That's It . On the other Hand He is doing a Great Job . Best of luck

Да это не так уж и сложно , многие детали по другому не поставить , остальные можно сообразить думая логичиски и понимая механику работы данного узла .. самое сложное сдесь это дистанционные колечки и стопора .. но это всегда можно сфоткать при разборке или на худой случай на всю мототехнику можно найти техническую литературу и фотоснимки в интернете
