hello, don't give water thro syringe when it is unconscious. sometimes it may enter trachea that wind tube and reach lungs. then it may collapse. so unless you are an expert you should take the puppy only to a vet. you are wasting time and slow. don't do anything yourself unless it is so emergent. watching this video has disheartened me. anyway you have saved. thank God. I thank you so much for helping the tiny puppy.
