No hi didn't cover it by mud bcz if you see carefully the White rust is observed on engine components and metal part get rusted over the period of rust as well white rust,this Happened bcz of rohs deposits, over the past period.

So why is it covered in brown stuff? It's obviously not rust as it's covering the plastic parts, and appears to be sprayed on. Why doesn't he wash the bike before dismantling it? Looks like it's been sprayed with something to cause surface rust a while ago. Why? Aparantly to make an oldish motorcycle look in far worse condition than it actually is, or am l wrong?
