'Restore, preserve history that was here': Renovated Bellwether Hotel opens in Highlands

Two previously abandoned, historic, formerly city-owned properties have been restored and transformed into a 20-unit apartment-hotel and restaurant that is set to open for booking on October 15th.
The Bellwether Hotel, located at 1300 Bardstown Road, fills the space of the former Highlands Police Station and the adjacent building which previously served as the home of the Louisville Ballet.
