Amazing! Like a little village! That kitchen is insane! Seems this is a retreat with a kitchen like that. That's a little much for some pancakes for family. With the amount of space, new large pool that kitchen, and the amount of livable space This is. A steal! BTW i lived in Scalea in Calabria Italy is the best!

Ancient gnarly olive trees around this property are one of its best features! Beautiful gravelled courtyard and flowers, makes you want to sit and enjoy it. Thank you Danilo, I did enjoy this tour very much. Ciao

It is any time again the most beautifull place in the World Toscane, with beautifull villa"s and housses. And than the presentation with Danillo you have to buy such a nice place.

Looks like this is really expensive, but if you think about it, all the renovations have been done already, which is usually a big very unsure cost factor that can explode, so they made the insecurity a fixed number, which is good. Also a fully equipped professional kitchen, and the pool is amazing. Perfect location for a 3-michelin-star cook with some lodging, too. :)

Great property, great location, and your video quality is amazing these days. I felt like I could see every leaf on the trees in the drone shots. If I owned this place, I'd put in a tennis court and a campo da bocce. Shouldn't be hard to find the space for them. ;-)

Apart from being an ideal investment for a retired couple or those made redundant I can't really see what you can do with it. Its miles from anywhere.

It seems intended as a retreat, or to me, it looks like someone went bust soon after completing it. So much money spent making it perfect and then not enough guests in the first year. Perhaps they could have renovated part of it, then more when bookings allowed? At the right price it would be a great business for someone else.
