@@dantombs5836 Nixon opened the door to trade with China in 1972. All that came out of China in those early days were crude tools etc. but they were very low cost. The ball got really going in the 80’s then old products sold out to China thus the crap bus and your nice toy from thick die cast metal.

Dear Restore Machines.... you are absolutely INSANE (in a very admirable way). I had thought that piece of junk would have been from a prop set of an apocalyptic movie; I mean you wouldn't even be permitted to recycle that thing. Believe it or not, it excites me to see when you restore a toy that was abandoned. When I was little I couldn't have toys and sometimes I saw my "friends" throwing them in my face to theirs. Many times I found broken toys, thrown away. and, since I was little, I tried to restore them and played in my house, because they made fun of them, now at 51 years old, I have given toys to my children, when they were little, and seeing their happy faces makes me and my wife happy and they, now as adults, have their toys well cared for and clean, thanks for the video, greetings from Argentina.

@@joker-cg3fd не думаю что он рылся по мусоркам. Думаю в наши дни можно иначе найти старые вещи. А ржавчина образуется со временем. Не думаю что он сидел и ждал когда проржавеет вещь. Ин ернет сейчас творит чудеса. Всё хочется можно найти и не обязательно самому сначала портить вещь, а потом реанимировать 😊в любом случае он талантливый человек. А вам хорошего настроения и чуть больше позитива😊👍

What a lovely man you are, taking a dear little toy that gave love to a little boy and giving it the care it deserves, I restore garden ornaments when i can get them for the same reason. The oldest being a hundred year old concrete windmill and a 75 year old concrete frog. they look better now than they ever did. but that little vdub was lost, you have a lot of patience, i've seen many of these types of vids but yours touched me the most.

Absolutely inspiring! When the body came out of electrolysis and was all waffled and paper thin, I said it's gone.....no way to fix that. But, you did. Amazing job. Gave that old bus a second life. 🙂

The Paint you put on it, was so Thick it COMPLETELY Filled in all the Details from the Volkswagen Symbol, and everything else LOL! WHY STOP THERE!? just make the Paint an Inch thick!

Honestly I was very concerned over the car body. When you applied acid I was wondering 🤔 wouldn't it disintegrate the rusted metal worse ? My most impressed moment when you took that metal from the can & fabricated along with the seats . The chassis was in good condition. 😲 The tires i was looking then i was stunned all 4 tires copied well & professionally done. No such thing is can't. You proved this viewer wrong. How beautiful this project of this vintage 1960'S VOLKSWAGEN BUS 🚌 came out & how beautiful you saved & restored it. Thanks for presenting this. Video🎥 👍✅👋👋👋👋👋⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
