Yea not too bad, the build up with larch/pine needles was crazy under the brick pans but seemingly didnt do much as far as rotting the wood.

Machine is either new or well taken care of because there seems to be no slop in the pins. Operator is also very smooth How are you planning to repair this?

The machine is a 2005 model. Somewhere around 6000 hours on it. Its pretty tight in most places, where the boom connects to the machine it is really worn so has alot of play side to side. Tiltrotator was completely renovated by me about 1500 hours ago, changed everything. Plan at this point is to focus on the left side that was partly collapsed. Rebuilding using the stones I removed and also extending the stonewall using similar stones. No mortar/concrete in the wall, just like they did when It was first built. Also need to do some work inside when it feels safe. Part 2 should be out within 14 days or so. 😀👍🏻
