Cool seal the roof it’ll get it temporarily good until you are ready to roof

Remove the old roofing screws and replace them with new ones instead of silicone over the over the old stripped screws

If it hasn't been said before, just get one or two large open top roll-off and start dumping. Or, do recycling of materials. You have so much junk getting in the way of making any progress.

Call scrap metal yards and see who can drop a dumpster for the scrap metal. That will help get some extra cash for fixing the building up. I also think its awesome you are going to bring it back to an operational race shop again.

Should use something like silver dollar roof coating.ive used it for tin and metal roofs.has a fiber mesh in the coating and used alot for mobile hones with metal roofs.and it's silver so would make the roof look alot better and would definitely seal it good.its cheap and can get it at lowes

Koolcoating or some kind of elastic sealer would prolly help as well as keep some of the heat form the sun off and help seal the bolts up

We had moved it all down to our shop at the house which was very very small. I raced my late model out of it and he works on random projects out of it. We moved the shear, drill press, shrink and stretcher, metal brake and some other stuff down there that we will be moving back up!
