Can you elaborate on what you did with the kitchen bench top? Was it 12mm ply? What did you glue on top? I'll be making mine soon and I want a light wood look but haven't figured out how to do it so it's not too heavy

@@ryancrossley950 I can take some more photos tomorrow, I used 9mm ply as the base then glued 5mm Rimu on the top. The edges are 40x20 Rimu rebated to make them look 10mm thick. I have almost finished the frame so can show you that.
