Oh Katie!! It really is beautiful! You ARE quite the artist! Thank you for saving this old beauty from the landfill and even from a can of paint! She deserves to shine just the way she was intended, in all her beautiful walnut glam! Wow!

It's so nice to see a furniture flipper keep a piece with the original wood showing. I see so many pieces get painted, it was fun to see how you flipped this into looking brand new. It was inspiring to see the effort put in to match the original shading and then stain it overall. I didn't know that real wood veneer was available to order like that. I will have to keep that in mind when I need some!! Thanks so much!

It turned out so beautiful, Katie! Awesome job with the veneer. I have a similar dresser from my parents and was going to paint and have the drawers a natural walnut color. Now I'm thinking I need to go walnut on the entire thing. Thanks for everything you do.

Nice save. I'm glad you went the extra mile to restore this. The wood grain gives this a bit of life. It would still have been nice to paint it and just leave the drawers stained but this turned out beautifully. It was really good that you managed to use the original hardware too. Some mid century hardware is really interesting and unique.
