Restoring a Searay sun dancer (ep.1 remove broken engine)

Restoring a 1985 searay sun dancer v8 mercruiser 260 powered. In this video I remove the old broken engine with a cracked block. Getting this boat ready for the yacht club for months of enjoyment this summer. To do so I’ll need to fully restore the boat and give it some modern updated touches .

I did mine with a ratchet strap and gained like 3 feet of up or down
