The TWINCAB has a Celestion Vintage 30/Warehouse Retro 30 combo and was mic'd with an SM57 and Lewitt DTP 340 TT.

Lucas you have come back with a vengeance with these vids. This is one of my favorites of yours. Great job, really well done. I’ve really enjoyed your content since your little break. I think the work you put in to Heidi would make your buddy not want to take her away. You’ve earned her with the work you put in on the re-fret alone. @@LucasFowler yeah but you didnt look like you rushed it - other than the time lapse😂 - and its gotta be that much more special to you for the time & care you put in. It was definitely different from any PRS I’ve heard you play. Your eyes got as big as saucers! You really did a great job on the guitar, and that really was a great vid. Something special about those 90’s CE24’s with the full carved top. I have a 99’ with the bird inlays which was rare. Great job man!

Took a nap somewhere around 22:00 and when I came back I was like "that's a nice looking aged maple fret- oh yeah that's tape" Glad you get to take care of this beautiful guitar! That's a PRS I'd own for sure!

Love the long format too. Maybe even cut into some of those parts and tell us whats going on with the fret job and if you habe any tips or anything...slow down the time laps and give a progress report here and there. 👍

Awesome video! I found this yesterday by chance because I'm looking at a used 1999 CE 24. Do you or anyone else reading this happen to know if a long leg PAF style humbucker will fit in the pickup cavities?

I didn't measure them to compare them specifically, but they were definitely long legged, longer than a standard "modern" humbucker leg. I would guess you would be fine to use a long legged PAF in these cavities, BUT not covered. These cavities are so closely routed for uncovered humbuckers that I'm relatively certain a covered humbucker would not fit width-wise. Hope that helps!
