Great job on the rebuild! The Alu Brite really made the frame shine. I don't think that product is available in California (the USA) though. I couldn't tell if you greased the swingarm pivot bolt and the linkage bolts etc., since the video was sped up. Some bikes have grease fittings but I don't think this one does. I got myself a 2008 KLX450R a few months ago and it took me a while to get the jetting sorted, but its been a fun bike though so far.

Hi, thank you for watching and leaving a comment. Any generic aluminium cleaner/brightener should do the job just fine. I did indeed grease the swingarm and linkage bearings and bolts, you are correct this bike does not have a grease fitting. It really is a great machine.
