I'm guessing these guys are in China. A service like this wouldn't be economically viable in North America or Europe due to labor costs (unless its a high demand/collectable car, or you're doing it yourself).

I was expecting the cars in china to be old soviet bloc stuff. You know, Lada, Skoda, Volga, Moskowich , OKA, FSO, Polski Fiat, Chaika, Zil, Tatra, Trabant and Wartburg.
