Thanks for sharing the doll shop tour. It’s so fascinating to see all that’s done behind the scenes. You’re looking so glowy and beautiful and I hope you get some rest as you prepare for the arrival of baby girl. Excellent video as usual. Have a wonderful weekend!

Yes......My kids are older than you, Rachel, but you reminded me of the fact that in all three pregnancies, my feet seemed to get bigger and bigger as the weeks went by. I thought I would end up wearing clown shoes with my middle child! Two weeks after she was born I felt like they'd shrunk by two sizes again. Ooooh the veggie pizza looks good☺️. So does the divine paper-mache doll. She looks like my grandma in her youth.

I had heartburn while I was pregnant with my youngest. I drank a lot of ice water and it made me feel better. I don't know if there was any science behind it but the ice water made me feel like I was putting out the fire in my esophagus. I love your behind the scenes videos. That papier-mache that Linda restored was absolutely gorgeous.

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing as well. A few times I drank so much that I had to throw up! But it does help and feel good. As cold as you can get it.

My feet did get bigger with pregnancy! I had no health care with my first pregnancy. I cojld tell my baby was sideways. Avery sweet doctor agreed to take care of me after 20 hours of labor. Everything he lay his hands on me ,I felt no pain. He turned my baby head down I had no pain meds but felt no pain. My baby was born soon after. That was 51 years ago. Don't worry about your baby being breach , everything will be ok. Take care of yourself . loved your video. Thanks for sharing.

Great video! I have a beautiful turned head Kestner like this one in the drawer waiting to get her eye's reset! I need a Linda at my house LOL
@brigittabastek28963 жыл бұрын
I believe the turned head beauty is an Alt, Beck & Gottschalk. Kestner dolls normally do not have pierced ears. Holzmasse means that there is wood in the material she was made of.

Rachel, I so LOVED watching Stephanie and Linda do their magic on the Dolls😀😀💖💖!! And Stanley makes a good doll hip surgeon:)!! And my favorite Dolls are the Baby Boy Kammer and Reinhardt Doll, Kessner turn head doll with beautiful blue eyes, Hozmasse Doll's dress, earrings, as much as her hat, 109 with the "Joan Dress", and the 1907 Bebe Jumeau Talker Doll💖💖💖💖!!! In fact, today I just learned about the Hozmasse Doll and the Kammer and Reinhardt Doll💟💟!! And the Lunch with the Pizza and Salads looked yummy🍕😋!! I am so happy Rachel that You and Your Soon to be born Daughter are doing well😀😀!! Rachel, Thank you so much for all the joy You and Your Staff give me every time I tune in to your awesome Doll videos💝💖💗💟😀😀😀😀!!!

I'd love to see more videos on making your own doll clothes. I'd like to make my own clothes for a small vintage 6 inch doll I love. I really enjoyed that video with Robert Tonner.

I love watching everyone work on cleaning and repairing the old dolls, and giving them a new lease on life! I've learned so much about taking care of my dolls from these videos. The one thing I haven't seen though, is how to clean a parian doll. With their pale white complexion, they get so dirty, and I wasn't sure if they should be treated like bisque and cleaned with Soft Scrub, or if there is something else that should be used. Any info would be appreciated. :)
@RachelHoffmanDolls3 жыл бұрын
We are so glad this was helpful! We use soap and water if it’s not that dirty or Soft Scrub on any type of bisque dolls, including Parians. Hope that was helpful!

getting a baby , then you need to stay with both feet on the ground though sometimes on a (pink or blue )cloud , that`s why your feet gained a size :-) (totally logic and normal :-) , the heartburn is either hormonal either the baby is growing presssing it.Don`t worry , untill now you`ve never mentioned nothing I`ve never heard off , either/or experienced myself :-) Take good care of yourself and you look GOOD :-)Anout your feet >>> retaining some liquid usually women pee it out after birth don`t worry ;-) :-)
